Apart from its character I wanted Bent to be compact. The way the letter can be tightly arranged is similar to Helvetica. I has got short ascenders and descenders for compact leading. Bent is both fine for magazine usage or as a corporate typeface. In copy you should not get heavier than Heavy. Extrabold and Ultrabold work best in display.  |
