Naledi is clearly based on the florish elements of my former typeface Leaf. But the stroke and the characters are much more conventional and that makes it ideal for a wide range of typographic tasks.
The family goes from Light up to Ultrabold all with italics.
Small caps are in an extra font now. That is just more practical. Only some designers really need them. The rest whon't have to pay the more expensive license for a pro font and you can see the capital ß even for smallcaps.
In the standard set the main figures are tabular but with a proportional old style figure set as a feature.
Traditional and stylistic ligatures are also part of the feature set.
